One of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve been to in the US. Food tasted so fresh. Their sauces are so good. I had the Carne Asada which was splendid. Their beans are also fantastic. The atmosphere is very authentic and peaceful. The restaurant itself is pure art. The minute you walk in, you feel at home. Am so sad that I was only in LA on a trip. But I highly recommend this restaurant. Kudos to the chef and the team for such a great establishment.
It’s been a while since I been here and just went all out. I order the Carde Asda plate and my friend order green Chile wet burrito w classic margarita and peach cocktail ???? Everything was good and fast. Peach Cocktail was a little sweet.

This one was a great experience I can comfortably say the service does deserve a 5 star our waiter was on point and attentive treated us like kings just loved it, the food was delicious, good quality, and in large quantity. Also loved the old school Mexican vibe Ambiance, restaurant does get crowd after 5 pm so make sure to make a reservation, There is free parking in the back with a security guard with friendly hospitality. A place where you feel welcomed, Enjoy.
My granddaughter and I stopped here to have lunch and kill some time. I was surprised, The food was quick and very delicious, what made this stop even more delightful was the customer service. Our waiter was so attentive without being obtrusive. We were never rushed and the atmosphere was relaxing. La Barca unfortunately is not very close to me but I will definitely make this a permanent place to eat when ever I travel down to USC.
I've been going to La Barca's for over 35 years!!! It's always been amazing. My honey loves the Colorado Burrito, and the salsa is delicious!!!
Have been going here for decades. Have never had a bad experience or bad meal. This is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in the US. Try it if you can!
Always a really good time for some Mexican food. Really good value for the amount and quality of food you get. Never have a bad order here and I can recommend everything here without hesitation. Also, the drinks that they make are pretty strong. Definitely recommend going with the blended margaritas as they tend to be a bit stronger. Decent happy hour deals as well. I would come here for drinks from time to time. Also the free chips are fire
The most delicious and authentic Mexican cuisine! I had the chicken enchiladas with the red sauce and the chicken was so tasty and favorable. And you cannot beat the price of the food as well! The service is fast and efficient. It is a quaint and cute establishment but all the staff was very friendly and helpful!
